He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kramer and Thelma Kramer; his sisters, Ginny and Ruth; his son David; his daughter-in-law Terri; and his grandson David, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Mabel Anne Kramer; his children, William Kramer (Terri), Sarah Lambert (Stephen) and Catherine Gallagher (Rory); and his grandchildren, Eric Kramer (Kim), Emma Lambert, Elizabeth Lambert, Rachael Pia (Nicholas), Jeff Kramer, Holly Kramer, Annabel, Caitlin Gallagher and Makayla Shearon. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, as well as many other family members and friends.
