We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2023, at the age of 85, Rebecca Inge Harbin (Williamsburg, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Garnet Chapman Inge and Beulah Cox Inge; and her brothers, Early Hardy Inge and Donald Inge. She is survived by: her husband Harold Ray Harbin, Jr.; her close friend Rocki; and her siblings-in-law, Sandra G. Inge and Wayne D. Harbin (Bonnie Harbin). She is also survived by family members, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Williamsburg United Methodist Church or Hospice House of Williamsburg.
