He is survived by: his wife Vivian Frazier; his children, Alberta Dandridge (Alonzo), Joyce McLaughlin (Alvin), Annette Fraizer, Patricia Jones, Alonzo Cowles (Rose), Raymond Cowles (Jerrie) and Donald Cowles (Sharese); his niece Ethel Woods; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Piggott (Raymond) and Rosetta Bowman. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren, forty-two great-grandchildren, and thirty great-great-grandchildren.
