He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marion Otis and Sarah Beasley; his great-uncle Vincent Serio; his brothers, Edwin (Diana) and James (Marilyn); his friend Earl Flack; his brother George (Madeline); his wife Deborah; his children, Phil Jr. (Melanie), Nichole (Edward), Julia, Melanie (Dennis), Marcellus (April), Michaela and Hannah; and his grandchildren, Noël, Breanna, Gianna, Michael, Isabella, Hailey, Brenden, Brayden, Logan, Emitt, Evalyn and Violet.
