She is survived by: her children, William B. Harper, II of Kingsport, TN, Meridith Rudolph (Paul) of Winchester, VA, Emily Neff (Chad) of Martinsburg, WV, Sara Knight (Charlie) of Holly Springs, NC and Ashley Heflin (Chris) of Williamsburg, VA.; her grandchildren, Paul, Thomas, Madison, Joshua, Kate, Benjamin, Ryne, Tyler, Carter, Virginia, Carson, Riker, Emma and Bryce; her aunt Alice Dicks; her brother Paul Keyton of Winchester, VA.; and her caregiver Jennifer.
