Melvin; his children, LaKeisha and Lloyd III; his grandsons, Karic, Damien Jr., Omari and Kamari; his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Kyrie and Karson; his siblings, Gloria Walker (Paul), Alphonso Melvin (Queen), Barbara Piggott (Edward), Leon Christian (Christine) and Laurence Jones (Tomika); his siblings-in-law, Lucretia Piggott, Douglas Morning, Clint James (Wanda), Thomas Taylor, Marvin Taylor (Mammie), Troy Taylor, Rodney Piggott and Corey Taylor (Dawn); his aunts, Rosa Chapman, Audrey Boyd and Blanche Reed; his uncle Sidney Reed; and also Floyd Melvin (Darlene). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
