He is survived by: his wife Linda Forde; his son Lindsey Hammonds; his grandsons, Darian Adams of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Donovan Hammonds of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his brothers, Burnhardt A. Frazier of Norfolk, VA, Romeo M. Frazier (Barbara) of Virginia Beach, VA and Mitchell D. Frazier; and his sister-in-law Bonita Frazier of Newport News, Virginia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
