He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Holt and Henry Holt; and his brother Jimmy Holt. He is survived by: his children, Keasha Holt of Carlsbad, NM, MiMi Franco (Jeremy) of Carlsbad, NM, Nicholas Bates of Little Rock, AR, Natasha Bates of Hobbs, NM, Najee Holt of Portsmouth, VA and Shimyael Holt of Portsmouth, VA; his close friend Andrew McAllister of Portsmouth, VA; his siblings, Donald Holt of Inglewood, CA, Serita Holt of Newport News, VA and Joyce Martin (AJ); and his close friends, Kajuana Abbott of Portsmouth, VA and Myco Holland of Portsmouth, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Whiting's Funeral Home (7005 Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg, VA 23185).
