She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Mae Hawkins and Alfonzo Hawkins; her brothers, James and Everette Hawkins; her nephew Antwan Hawkins; her friend Al Jones; and her close friend Ulysses Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Anesha Carroll, Irese Hawkins and Allen Hawkins; her grandchildren, Iliana, Keara, Francisco (Trey), Aonesty, Keyanna, Serenity, Alana and Aria; her siblings, Hilda, Kenneth, Wanda (Derick) and Alex Hawkins; her sister-in-law Sherlene Hawkins; and her friends, Brad, Chico and Jamie. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
