We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2023, at the age of 75, Julia Ann Brooks (Williamsburg, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Palmer and Frank Palmer; her husband Charles Brooks; her son Kevin Brooks; and her brother Samuel Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Brooks, Charles Alexander Brooks Jr. and Joseph Brooks (Shantelle); her grandchildren, Roshaun, LaTrika, LaTonya and Casandra Brooks; and her siblings, Virginia Palmer, Mary Jane Walker, Josephine Palmer, Willie Mason and Robert Donnell Palmer (Novella). She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
