She was predeceased by: her husband Barton Trevillian. She is survived by: her children, Barton Trevillian, Mark Trevillian (Julie), Bonita Trevillian and Catherine Strayer. She is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Juanita's name to New Hope Memorial Baptist Church, P.O. Box 128, Saluda, VA, 23149.
