He is survived by: his wife Ann; his sons, Kurt (Nicole) and Mark (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jaclyn Ann, Cora Brielle, Nolan Travis and Hallie Sophia; and his brothers, Rick (Gail) and James (Rebecca). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
