He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur Sutherland, Sr. and Mabel Drewry Booze Sutherland; and his brothers, William Sutherland and Clifton Sutherland. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Garrard Ford Sutherland of Williamsburg; and his sons, Jimmy Sutherland (Susan) of Owenton, KY and Bill Sutherland (Noelle) of McLean, VA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Nicely Funeral Home (405 Alleghany St, Clifton Forge, VA 24422).
