She was predeceased by: her husband Alvie Palmer; her son Ronald Palmer; her parents, Johann Wieland and Louise Evers Wieland; and her siblings, Emma Buntenbach, Werner Wieland, Heinz Wieland, Heiner Wieland, Pomeranian and Quincy.
She is survived by: her children, Arnold Palmer, Frank Palmer (JoAnne) and Ruth Morehead (Craig); her grandchildren, Christine, Andrew, Jennifer, Jessica, Sean and Alex; and her great grandchildren, Lily, Reagan, Haley, Emma and Brody.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in Irmgard's name be made to Riverside Hospice, Disabled American Veterans, or the American Cancer Society.
