She is survived by: her husband Henry Matthews; her granddaughter Bettye; her children, Ronald, Gail, Eloise, Aaron, Andy, Alma, Bettye Matthews Walker, William "Benny" Hill (Jeannie) and Maud "Amie" Curley; her grandchildren, Monique Wynne (Steven), Starr Person (Antoine), Crystal "Vesper" Hill, Keisha Hill, Marvin Walker II, Mario Curley, Dominic Curley and William Hill Jr.; her close friend Lawrence Rowe (Maud Barlow); and her friend Church. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
