He is survived by: his wife Tina Ouellette; his children, Nicholas Ouellette (Lisa) and Adrianna Rivera (Jonathon); his grandchildren, Colette Rivera and Bentley Ouellette; his mother Barbara Ouellette; and his siblings, Steven, Scott, Jay Ouellette and Bonnie Gravel.
