He is survived by: his son James Meadows (Diane); his grandchildren, Christopher and Emilie of Williamsburg, VA; and his sisters, Carol Merricks of Forest, VA, Norma Jean Earl of Huntington, WVA and Bobbie Lee Mullins of Oakwood, VA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
