He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William, Jr. and Muriel Kessler Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his daughter Christina Toler; his grandson Andrew Toler; and his brother David William Gardner.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Hogg Funeral Home (3098 George Washington Memorial Hwy, Hayes, VA 23072). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
