Cecil Robert Whitt Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Robert Whitt (Williamsburg, Virginia), who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil L. Whitt and June R. Whitt; and his sister Marie Gilman. He is survived by: his partner Shelley Barton; his children, Vickie Skutans Hines (Rick), Tammy M. Whitt and Cecil Robert Whitt Jr.; his grandchildren, Heather Monaghan, Ryan Skutans, Courtney Dunbar, Kelsey Dunbar and Lauren Skutans; his pet Cocoa; his brother James "Jim" Whitt (Suzanne); his nieces and nephews, Bonnie Feamster, Julie Koontz (Mike), James Whitt (Robin) and Kirke Smith (Greg); his cousin Nancy Lewis; and his extended family, Frank and Marie Bronko. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
