He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hebert and Marguerite Hebert (Healy); his father-in-law Gabriel Pereira; and his brother-in-law Emil Brenkus. He is survived by: his wife Pam Hebert (Pereira); his daughters, Erin Long (Richard) of Williamsburg and Lauren Scott (Jeff) of Poquoson, Virginia; his grandchildren, Tyson, Tessa, Tucker Long, JJ and Patrick Scott; his sisters, Pat Brenkus of Mt. Pleasant and Meg Saeli (Joe) of Buffalo; his mother-in-law Joyce Pereira of Hampton, Virginia; and his brothers-in-law, David Pereira (Kathy) of Salem and Jeff Pereira (Beth) of Hampton, Virginia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
