She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert R. Charity and Helen D. Charity. She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Charity-Brown, Tina Charity (Steve), Roger Charity Sr. (Tina) and William Charity (Sandra); her niece Keirra Charity; her nephews, Antwan Charity (Cindy), Roger Charity Jr., Steven Charity Sr. (Janice) and Natshawn Charity; and her aunts and uncles, Hattie Brooks, Julia White, Ernestine Bassett, Delois Richards, Dorothy Brown, Francine Brooks, Barbara Smith, William Christian (Jean) and James Christian (Sylvia).

Viewing was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Parrish Hill Baptist Church (12401 John Tyler Memorial Hwy, Charles City, VA 23090). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
