It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Edwin Shields Jr. of Williamsburg, Virginia, who passed away on December 17, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Mark Mercer), Deirdre, Andrew (April Qian) and Maureen.
