It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Cyril Belanger Jr. of Williamsburg, Virginia, who passed away on August 25, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Robert Russel Belanger. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Jane of Rochester; his sons, Jeffrey A. Belanger (Susan) of Citrus Hills, Florida, Gregory P. Belanger of Arlington and James D. Belanger of Jupiter, Florida.; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Matthew, Allison, Emily, John, Diana, Sophie, Trevor and Tyler. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
