She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph F. Lewis and Katharine R. Lewis; and her brother Ralph R. Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Walter A. Cooper.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Williamsburg Landing, honoring Amy's memory.
