We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Cornelia Marston Cockrell of Wicomico, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Cleveland and Anna Newcomb Marston of Shacklefords, VA.; her brother John Harvie Marston; and her husband Edgar Mason Cockrell. She is survived by: her children, Anna Blackwell Ransone (Mal) of White Stone, VA and William Claughton Blackwell III (Sandy) of Richmond, VA; and her grandchildren, Margaret Ransone, Andrew Ransone, Laura Ransone, Will Blackwell (Laura), Carolyn Blackwell Dorton (Chatham) and Jenna Blackwell Pittman (Jason). She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Wicomico Baptist Church, c/o Earl Hall, 2178 Remo Road, Heathsville, VA 22473.
