She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel J. Bloom and Marian Ardry Bloom; and her husband Gil. She is survived by: her children, John Unangst (Jane) of White Stone, Elizabeth U. Heller of O'Fallon, IL and Steven Unangst (Paige) of Portland, OR; and her siblings, Samuel Bloom of Dallas and Nancy Terry of Charlotte, NC.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
The family asks in lieu of flowers for donations to be sent in Tammie's memory to her home church Calvary Presbyterian Church, 695 School Street, Indiana, PA 15701.
