He is survived by: his wife Jean Barrack Simmons; his children, Vicki Simmons Watson (Jerry) of Lancaster, Stewart A. Simmons, III (Karen Ann) of Kilmarnock and Stephen Lee Simmons (Honey Taylor) of White Stone; his sister Emma Lou Fiddler (Beckwith) of Covenant Woods, Mechanicsville; and his grandchildren, Victoria Ann Simmons, Andrew Joseph Simmons of Kilmarnock, Parker Lee Simmons and Brody Taylor Simmons of White Stone.
