She was predeceased by: her husband Richard W. Foote; and her sister Eileen Loveridge. She is survived by: her children, Norman J. Foote (Carrie) and Barbara E. Oestreich (Phillip 'Ace'). She is also survived by Two grandchildren, six great grandchildren, three step grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an animal rescue group of your choice.
