She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Joseph B. Duffy and Mary Duffy. She is survived by: her husband Hunter L. Jacobs; and her siblings, Jacqueline DeFrancesco (Carmel) of Mt and Frank Duffy of Sunbury.
