He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie O. Holmes and Fannie E. Holmes; his daughter Debra Diane Holmes; and his siblings, Peggy Harper, Betty Smith and Billy Holmes.
He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Holmes; his son Jim Holmes (Amy); his granddaughters, Jennifer Rollings (Joseph) and Janie Kelly (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Reagan Rollings, Bennett Rollings and Hayden Kelly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
