He is survived by : his sister Sue L. Blake (Big Boy); his nieces and nephews, Amanda B. Crandall (Dusty), Robert Blake (Katie), Colby Crandall, Jett Crandall, Emily Blake and Haylee Blake; his son Montell Jenkins; and his granddaughters, Aniyah, Payton and Haley.
