He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Hinson and Richie Sullivan Hinson. He is survived by: his wife Edith Hinson; his children, Ralph, Julie and Jennifer; his stepchildren, Bonnie Barnes, Ronnie, Mark and Paul Herrera; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Phillip, Tiffany, Courtney, Cassidy, Jessica, Katie, Taylor and Clint; his pet Sammy; and his friend William Fitchett.
