He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnet R. Hall and Joyce K. Walker (Hall); his brother Randy Hall, Jr.; and his stepfather Wesley W. Walker, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Hall, Jr., Hunter, Logan and Cameron; his brother Todd Hall (Michelle Smith); his fiancée Tina Carbaugh; his nieces, Caitlin Crowder (John), Brittany Hall, Blair Hall (Michael Cullen) and Amanda Teter (Timothy); his nephew Tyler Hall (Lindsey Robinson); his goddaughter Katherine Benson; and also Linda Walker.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that everyone make a donation to the local law enforcement or veteran's establishment of their choice.
