She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ramey and Hester Ramey; and her siblings, Bonnie Jackson and Terry Ramey. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Michael Arnold; her children, Stacy Fletcher of Winchester, VA, Michael Fletcher of Winchester, VA and William Fletcher of Inwood, WV; and her grandchildren, Jesse and Sarah Fletcher.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Amherst Chapel (1600 Amherst St, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
