He is survived by: his wife Linda Faye Ellyett; his children, Kristi Anne Mitchell (Scott) of Winchester and Harold "Chip" Mowery (Jennifer) of Covington, LA; his grandchildren, Christopher Wright of Winchester, Alexis and Samantha Mowery of Covington, LA; and his siblings, Robert Eugene Mowery, Ray Allen Mowery and Elsie Mowery Mason of Winchester.
