He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack B. Rhodecap and Clarene "Antha" Rhodecap (Fultz) of Weyers Cave, VA.; his brother J. C. Craun; the mother of his child Donna Langford (Robertson); and his sister Norma Sumner (Rhodecap).
He is survived by: his daughter Gretchen Amber Rhodecap; and his cousins, Suzy Berry (Fultz) and Sara Markham (Craun).
A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Salem Lutheran Church Cemetery (417 Salem Church Rd, Mt Sidney, VA 24467).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Frank's honor may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, at 4301 Fairfax Dr, Suite 200, Arlington, VA 22203, a charity he donated to over the years.
