With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leila Mae Hopkins of Weyers Cave, Virginia, born in Brandywine, West Virginia, who passed away on November 27, 2021 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leila Mae Hopkins to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Etha Mae (Pitsenbarger) and Ember K. Propst; her husband Warren Haines Hopkins; and her brothers, Warren and Kermit Propst.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Lohr (Kenneth) of Broadway and Kyle Hopkins (Pat) of Elkton; and her siblings, Betsy Gaylor of Bridgewater, Agnes Sanchez, Maxine Miller of Harrisonburg, Ruby Bolyard (Dave), Sheldon K. Propst (Bonnie) of Bridgewater and Garland Propst of Brandywine, WV. She is also survived by three grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, nine step-great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
