He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roger Frisk Sr., Katherine Frisk, Eugene Harper and Stella Florence Stinnett; his great-grandparents, Alberta, Clyde Gunter, Amos Henry and Minnie Clyde Kisling (Shifflett); his uncles, Mark Frisk and Eugene Harper Stinnett Sr. (Dickie); and his aunt Teresa Craig.
He is survived by: his parents, Roger Frisk and Debra Frisk (Stinnett); his siblings, Danielle Warlitner (Marcus), Rochelle Frisk (Matt Thornton) and Ben Lindsey; his nephews, Noah, Mason, Porter, Warren and Marshall Warlitner; and his aunts and uncles, Stephanie Clutteur (David), Rodney Stinnett (Jeanette), Arlene Frisk and Terry Tisdale (Ron).
