She was predeceased by: her parent William Thomas; her husband Vernon Elmo Landes; her children, Vernon "Virgil" Eugene Landes and Barbara L. Bell; her son-in-law Paul E. Floyd, Jr; and her grandson Alan Spencer Brown, Jr..
She is survived by: her parent Maude Sprouse Myers; her daughter Judith L. Floyd; and her children-in-law, Jeanie Landes and Calvin Bell. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
