He is survived by: his spouse Christie Horn (Sipe) of Weyers Cave; his sister Michele Horn Young; his brother-in-law Wayne; his nephew Josh of Mt. Solon; his mother Reita Taliaferro of Weyers Cave; and his father-in-law Larry Garland Sipe of Grottoes. He is also survived by his wife are sons.
