It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Jean Rawley Lam (Weyers Cave, Virginia), born in Mount Solon, Virginia, who passed away on April 10, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayman Rawley and Winifred Rawley (Vanlear). She is survived by: her husband Samuel W. Lam; her son Gregory A. Lam (Mary) of Mt. Crawford; her grandsons, Garrett M. Lam and Elliott S. Lam; her son Steven W. Lam (Sarah) of Weyers Cave; her grandchildren, Grace E. Lam and Joel S. Lam; her siblings, Linda Ann Lam (Daniel) of Mt. Sidney, Sandra Kay Gray (Chip) of Waynesboro and John W. Rawley of Mt. Solon; and also Daniel. She is also survived by many brother and sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
