It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilbur Franklin Fletcher (West Point, Virginia), who passed away on March 29, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Vernelle Norman Fletcher; his parents, Wilroy Fletcher and Louise Fletcher; and his siblings, Mary Fletcher Miller, Jasper Fletcher and James Fletcher.

He is survived by: his daughters, Gwendolyn Fletcher Duncan (Greg), Virginia Fletcher Page (Stacey) and Melinda Fletcher Bond; his grandson Michael Shawn Valentine (Michelle); his great grandchild Tyler Michael Valentine; his siblings, Fay Fletcher Burris (Raymond), Bertie Fletcher West (Eugene) and Nelson Fletcher (Emily); and his sister-in-law Barbara Fletcher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
