He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Littreal and Ruth Littreal; and his siblings-in-law, Eugene Graham and Shirley Littreal. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Campbell Littreal; his brothers, Fred (Linda) and Jim; his sister-in-law Dolores Graham; his children, Becky Cobb (Keith), Carol Davis and Billy Littreal (Maria); his grandchildren, Tyler (Allie), Kyle (Kristin), Travis (Zach), Cody (Katelynn), Katlyn (Jordan), Emily and Grace; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Turner, Harrison, Brooks, Jack and Grayson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks any donations to be made to the Virginia State Police Alumni Emergency Relief Fund located at 6944 Forest Hill Avenue, Richmond, VA 23225.
