It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Dare Kelley Brooks of West Point, Virginia, who passed away on June 19, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Brooks; her parents, John Kelley and Myrtle Kelley; and her siblings, Shirley Norman and John Edward Kelley.
She is survived by: her children, Clarence McKinley "Kenny" Brooks, Jr. and Paula Armstead (Jerry Armstead); her grandson Kenneth Wayne Armstead; and her sister Patricia Kelley.
