He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross E. Davis, Sr. and Wilma Kabai Sobrido; his stepfather Joe Sobrido; his brother-in-law V. T. Rector; his parents-in-law, Annie Waxmunski and Edward Waxmunski; his granddaughter Sarah Davis; and his siblings, Deanna Davis, Richard Davis and Patty Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Waxmunski Davis; his children, Charles E. Davis (Stephanie) of Richmond and Debra E. Davis of West Point; his sister Linda Sue Rector of Georgia; his grandson Michael E. Davis (Ashley) of Colorado; his siblings-in-law, Joyce Offield, Willie Offield and Eddie Waxmunski; and his cousin Randell Kabai.
