Ronald Lawrence Blevins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Lawrence Blevins of West Point, Virginia, who passed away on August 24, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, R. Quincy Blevins and Eileen M. Blevins (Bell); his brothers, R. Quincy Blevins, Jr. and Richard E. Blevins; and his son-in-law Ricky L Garrett.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Blevins (Payne); his daughters, Pamela Garrett of Aylett, Joanna Ambrose (Jim) of Mechanicsville and Shannon Slattery of West Point; his grandchildren, Jacob Cutlip, Kelly Garrett, Kaitlyn Garrett, Elliott Ambrose and Evan Ambrose; and his brother Rev. Daniel Blevins (Vicki) of Salisbury, MD. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
