He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Neal and Dorothy Neal. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Neal; his sons, Sean Neal, Ryan Neal and Andrew Mager; his siblings, Bradley Neal and Carol Mahaney; and his pet Tessa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
