She was predeceased by: her parents, Tyrus Bingham and Elvertias Bingham of Plainview Virginia; her son Webster Jr.; and her sisters, Anna and Frances.
She is survived by: her sons, Tyrus (Donna) and Clarence (Gwen); her grandsons, Darius, Kyle (Koren), Adrian and Kevin; her great grandchildren, Aurora, Amina and Akira; her nieces, Geraldine LeVere (Floyd) and Wilma Mack; her great-niece Maria; her great-nephews, Timothy and Floyd II; and her adoptive daughter Bebe Spanks.
A graveside memorial service will be held 11 a. m., Saturday, September 26th in Sunny Slope Cemetery, West Point, VA. **Due to Covid-19, please exercise the necessary precautions.**.
