He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Bonnie"; his children, Tamara D. Parker Hornsby (Ahmed), Rebecca H. Smith (Donald), Amy L. LaMaison (Edward) and Paul S. Kirby; his grandchildren, Amber, Alyshia, Amanda, Elizabeth and Travis; and his siblings, Tommy Hornsby (Sheila) of Mechanicsville, VA, Tex Hornsby (Coco) of Shady Spring, WV, Dean Hornsby (Karen) of Shady Spring, WV, Teddy Hornsby of Beaver, WV, Gary Hornsby of Beckley, WV, Barbara Rose (Ronnie) of Beckley, WV and Betty McGraw (Barry) of Grandview, WV.
