It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Lowney South of West Point, Virginia, who passed away on October 25, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father-in-law Russell South; and her grandparents, Monroe, Mildred Hall, Freeman and Ruth Lowney.
She is survived by: her husband Rex South; her children, Jordan and Cameron South; her parents, Betty Lowney and Michael Lowney; her brother Michael Lowney (Angie); her mother-in-law Mildred South; and her nephew Devon Lowney. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
